How long does the approval process generally take?
Depends on the application complexity, property type and loan type.
We often have residential home loans approved same day as submisison, the quicker you get us the info required the quicker we can lock it down.
Commercial Loans, SMSF, Complex Structures or Trust / Company Lending can take longer but often can still be completed in a week or so... let us know the scenario on the call and we can give you a good indication at the time.
